FireWatch Mobile Overview
FireWatch Mobile is a mobile application that complements the FireWatch integrated Fire Service Management solution. It requires users to be licensed FireWatch users to access its features. The app integrates resource planning, response, and prevention work to provide real-time visibility of fire service personnel and assets.
The app offers various functionalities such as biometric login with face ID and fingerprint recognition, push notifications from the mobilization system, digitized attendance claims with location services, employee calendar for time management, booking on/off capabilities, station and crewing information, organization-wide availability for managers, holiday request workflow, KPI charts, training request workflow, and a training course calendar.
